Plyometrics is a method of training that encompasses jumping, hopping and bounding. Using resistance tubing while doing plyometrics is an effective way to add resistance and increase your vertical jump by developing strength and power in your lower body. Also consider unilateral stability and propulsion training by only attaching the resistance bands to one of your legs.
Comfortable, felt and webbed durable belt was designed with the athlete in mind. It has a rugged webbing exterior and comfortable felt interior. The double-reinforced box-stitched metal rings firmly hold the resistance tubing.
Included are four durable latex-dipped resistance bands, two each of two different lengths. They are connected by strong metal carabiners that quickly attach and release from the ankle straps and belt rings. The bands offer resistance of up to 40 pounds.
The unique stirrup-style Velcro ankle straps are comfort-fit to allow you to wear the strap comfortably on the inside or outside of your shoe, over pants or around bare legs.
