Al Haft (Columbus, OH) first Vice President, represented by Frankie Talabar; joined at the 09/25 meeting
Sam Muchnick (St. Louis) Secretary-Treasurer
Orville Brown (Kansas City) recognized as the world heavyweight champion at the meeting; representing George Simpson and Merle Christy, who is appointed as a temporary manager of the heavyweight champion.
Fred Kohler (Chicago) temporary manager of the junior heavyweight champion; not in attendance but consened to the NWA principles via telegram; not present at the 09/25 meeting
Tony Stecher (Minneapolis)
Harry Light (Detroit) represented by Bert Ruby; joined at the 09/25 meeting
Max Clayton (Omaha) one of the Founders but not an official member until 49/09
