Yuuhi (Naoki) Sano 99/05/14 Sapporo

Kodo Fuyuki becomes the FMW commissioner effctive on 99/05/31 and withdraws the recognition of the title; Sano is recognized as the first Independent World Junior Heavyweight champion.
