NWA World Titles in CMLL

NWA recently announced that it had stripped CMLL of the prestigeous NWA titles in three divisions: Light Heavyweight, Middleweight, and Welterweight.



Many believe that CMLL will ignore this and continue to recognize its version of the titles anyway. From what I've read, NWA Mexico hasn't really run many cards. Who knows when they will actually crown the new champs.

For time being, I will keep the listings as they are.

CMLL finally retired the NWA World Titles in the three weight divisions on 2010/08/12. The last holder of each title is awarded as the first champion of CMLL Historic Championship for the respective division.
