Rusher Kimura (1941 - 2010)

Postby Hisaharu Tanabe » 2010/05/24 Mon 11:40 am

Masao "Rusher" Kimura, the man who popularized the cage matches in Japan, passed away due to aspiration pneumonia at the age of 68. He was known to be a very nice person that nobody disliked.

In 2003/12, he was named the Permanent President of the (NOAH) Wrestlers Association by NOAH's then-president Mitsuharu Misawa. Most likely, Misawa kept Kimura in payroll after his retirement.
