Ah, thank you. I looked here and at Solie's but could not find it. And I could not find that site to see if they had it. Thanks.

That has to be up there as one of the most worthless/useless titles ever created. I dunno what in the world Dusty or whoever were thinking when they came up with that idea.
That is true. My main interest is in the belt iself. As it is a stunning championship belt made by Reggie Parks. But, I did not have the dates for the title wins in my personal records, so that I why I asked.

I posted this in another forum but it's possible that it was a bad attempt at reviving the old NWA Western States title out of Amarillo, TX. Not sure about the UWF thing tho. I remember it being defended on their show but I think it was solely an NWA title.
Here's a link referring to it as a UWF title absorbed into the NWA:
http://www.obsessedwithwrestling.com/co ... ejt02.html You can also find a number of title vs. title matches between Steve Williams (UWF champ) and Barry Windham (Western States champ) under the auspices of the UWF.
The title belt actually had NWA on it. Plus I remember Tony and David announcing on the Saturday night show that Barry Windham had won a tournament for the NWA Western States Heritage title.
