Eddie Graham as Rip Rogers

There's a wrestler who wrestled in Amarillo around 1956 under the name of "Rip Rogers" and had three reigns as Southwest tag team champion. Is this Eddie Graham? I know he wrestled in Texas as Rip Rogers in 58 but the period of time Eddie Gossett wrestled in Georgia kinda conflicts with these title reigns of "Rip Rogers" in Amarillo.
