Joe Higuchi, one of the greatest referees, passed away on 2010/11/8 due to lung cancer at the age of 81.

Kotetsu Yamamoto (1941 - 2010)

I've just been informed that Kotetsu Yamamoto passed away due to hypoxic encephalopathy. He was 68.

Rusher Kimura (1941 - 2010)

Masao "Rusher" Kimura, the man who popularized the cage matches in Japan, passed away due to aspiration pneumonia at the age of 68. He was known to be a very nice person that nobody disliked.

In 2003/12, he was named the Permanent President of the (NOAH) Wrestlers Association by NOAH's then-president Mitsuharu Misawa. Most likely, Misawa kept Kimura in payroll after his retirement.

There isn't a Title History (that I can find here) for the WWA (World Wrestling Allstars). They had 3 Championships: The Heavyweight Championship (that was Unified with the NWA Title when NWA Champ Jeff Jarrett Beat WWA Champ Sting): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WWA_World_Heavyweight_Championship#Title_history
