here is a information about the german promoter Edmund Schober. For a few months a don't know the exact debut of his shows in Hannover. But in 1971 Schober had written a newspaper article. He said himself that he debuted in Hannover in 1964. I think that was right, because after 1955 there were no wrestling in Hannover. Promoter Rudolf Kalweit held his last tournament here in 1955. Wrestler Jackie Pallo, one of wrestling's biggest stars in the 1960s, has died at the age of 80.

Update on the NWA-UK Hammerlock Heavyweight Title

Jonny Moss regained the title for the third time, defeating Paul Tracey on 18th Oct in Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

Also, on the NWA Ireland Title page, it's listed that Paddy Morrow won the UK title in Nashville on 8th October. That match was at the NWA convention, and ended in a DQ, so neither title changed hands.

Irish titles?

Does anybody have any information on Irish titles? I'm trying to figure out in particular what happened to the Irish Heavyweight Title and the Northern Irish Heavyweight Title and where they came from. The information I have so far (very little) is on my site here -

I didn't know any other place to post this, but does anyone of you know what wrestling Anton geesink did in Europe? I know he did a lot in all Japan, but I recently heared that he did some in Europe too and I was interested if anyone knew anything more.
